Privacy notice
PrimeForge is a product brand of DarkHorseOne. This notice describes exactly what the website collects, why, and how long it is kept.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. There is nothing else.

We do not log your IP address on our own server and we do not build a profile of you. See the cookie policy for the complete list of what is stored in your browser.
Analytics, only with your consent
If — and only if — you allow the analytics category, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. Decline and the Google script is never requested, so nothing about your visit reaches Google.
When it is on, Google receives the pages you view and a small number of events: that a contact message was sent, that someone subscribed, and which product page was opened. It never receives your name, your email address or anything you typed into a form. Google processes this on our behalf, and does collect your IP address in order to do so, which it uses to derive an approximate location before discarding it. Advertising signals are switched off permanently, so the data is not used for ad personalisation.
The lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing stops collection immediately and deletes the Google cookies from your browser.
Who sees it
The DarkHorseOne team, and Google as our analytics processor if you have consented to that. We do not sell, rent or share the mailing list, and we do not pass contact enquiries to third parties. Contact messages and subscriber addresses are held on our own server in the United Kingdom rather than in a third-party marketing platform.
Google Analytics may transfer data outside the UK. Google relies on the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses for those transfers.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages — kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
- Subscribers — kept until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only the record that you unsubscribed, so we do not accidentally add you again.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent is immediate and costs nothing: every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us directly.
To exercise any of these, use the contact form. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will update the date at the top and say so in the next update email.
