AmazonBot

Evolving

Know what your competitors changed before your sales chart tells you.

Local-firstAmazonMonitoring

On Amazon, most of what decides your week happens on somebody else's listing. A competitor cuts price by eight percent, rewrites their bullets, picks up forty reviews in a fortnight, or goes out of stock on the variation you both live on. The first sign is usually your own sales chart bending a week later — by which point the job has changed from responding to a move into explaining a number. Checking by hand works while there are three listings worth watching and falls apart at thirty, and it has to happen often enough to catch a change that only lasted four days.

AmazonBot watches the listings you name and records their public state on a schedule — price, rank, review count and rating, title and bullet changes, availability. What it reports is the change rather than the current value: what moved, when, and by how much, so a price test that ran over a weekend is still there on Monday morning. Because the history accumulates, patterns become visible that no single check would show — a competitor who discounts every month end looks nothing like one who has just cut permanently, even though on any given day the two look identical.

It runs on the machine it is installed on and belongs to the same local line as LinkedBot and TikTokBot, with the AI capability supplied by Local Agent Gateway running alongside it. The history it builds stays local: there is no account, and the list of who you consider a competitor is not information that has to be handed to a service to get the work done. There is a working version in use now; the reporting is still being shaped, which is why it is marked Evolving rather than finished.

AmazonBot suits sellers and brands who know their category well and have more competitors than they can realistically check by hand. It suits anyone who has been caught out by a change they could have seen a week earlier. And it suits people who would rather the record of what has been tracked, and of who they track, sat on their own machine.

It reads public listing data only. It cannot see a competitor's sales, margins, ad spend or anything behind their seller account, so what it gives you is evidence from the page, not the numbers underneath it. It does not act on your behalf either — no repricing, no automatic edits to your own listings. It reports; the decision stays with you. It is not a shared team dashboard across many seats, and while it is Evolving the shape of the reports can still change between versions.

AmazonBot is a paid product and free while it is in early access. There is no public download page yet — access starts with a message through the contact page, which DarkHorseOne's engineering team reads and usually answers within two working days.
