Live Studio Lab
ActiveRehearse your livestream lighting before you buy a single light.
Live Studio Lab is a lighting and camera workbench for people who stream. Build your room to size, place your desk, camera and lights, and see the shot in a real-time 3D viewfinder before you move anything in real life.
Everything runs on real parameters. Enter your own cameras, phones, lenses, lights and modifiers, or start from the built-in catalogue, and the simulator works out exposure, lighting ratio, colour temperature, depth of field and flicker from the actual specs.
Every scene is checked against livestream standards for entertainment streaming and live shopping. You get a score, a list of problems with plain fixes, and checks for the things that ruin a stream: flicker banding, a face that's too dark, blown highlights, missing catchlights, glare on glasses.
Save results and compare them side by side. Each saved run keeps the scene, gear and thresholds exactly as they were, so changing your gear later never rewrites history. Export reports as Markdown or JSON, render stills, orthographic plans, or a short orbit video of the room.
A learning centre with 41 chapters on cameras, lenses, lighting and modifiers comes with interactive demos, and lets you ask questions about any chapter, keep notes, and pull everything together into summaries.
It is local and private by design. No account, no cloud: your data stays in a file on your computer and the app only listens on your own machine. AI review and assistance are optional, through a local agent gateway, and every change an agent suggests waits for your approval. The interface is available in Chinese and English.
